lyrics

Sometimes I'd sit on Balmoral's shore and watch the sun casting its rays,
And I'd think of you as I looked at the moon
upside down trying to see its face
The storm clouds would cover the remains of two lovers
Sat entwined as we would be
The last of the light disappeared out of sight and I continued to look out on to the sea

Oooo I'v gotta keep moving on… cos' what is gone is gone

The loneliness would encounter for return of a shelter
With family and a place to stay
My travels in-between were no where near as clean
But good people I met out on the way
My thoughts of back home left my mind free to roam
But it's not something i'd swap for the sea
The people have their charm and my memories of the farm but them towns themselves are not for me

Oooo I'v gotta keep moving on… cos' what is gone is gone
Oooo and I'll miss you on the way… but i'll be back someday

I lay awake at nights thinking of the time I spent out here on this eastern coast
And soon it would seem as if like a dream when i'm moved and settled in back home

Oooo I'v gotta keep moving on… cos' what is gone is gone
Oooo and I'll miss you on the way… but i'll be back someday
